* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Franklin County in Big Bend Florida... Southeastern Liberty County in Big Bend Florida... * WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 342 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Carrabelle, St George Island, Yent Place, Morgan Place, Carrabelle Beach, High Bluff, Royal Bluff, Owens Bridge, Lanark Village, Green Point, St George Island St Pk, Twin Pole, Poplar Camp and East Camp. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
